I am Monica Antoine, I joined Tetley September 2006, and am presently managing the administration for the Tea Buyers and Blenders.

Before I joined Tetley I had various other positions; one working for the British Meat Manufacturer's Association. Most people imagine me being surrounded by pig's carcass, but no nothing that exciting!

Since joining Tetley my knowledge of tea has certainly expanded, from knowing the calming effects of Rooibos (Redbush) to the revitalising taste of Blackberry bounce. I find myself trying all the new varieties that are provided for us by Tetley.

The most interesting part of working for the tea buying and blending department is the 'Tasting' and the different types of spitters. Are you a dribbler of a squirter?
