Wake up, whack on my dressing gown, slowly walk to the kitchen, fill the kettle up, pull my favourite tea pot out of the cupboard (It has a big mug as part of it which the pot sits in!).

I then drop 2 extra strong tea bags in the pot and fill with the boiling water and leave for a couple of minutes to brew.  Then i pour the tea into the mug and add a splash of milk followed by a tea spoon of honey (the honey gives it an extra kick). Lovely jubbly!
