Perfect cuppa
Their perfect cuppa
Richard
I always love a cup of strong, milky tea out of a porcelain mug first thing in the morning (or a cup & saucer is a treat).
I’ll empty the kettle. Slosh a bit of water in it to clean it out. Then add fresh cold water (only enough for my cup or who ever else joins in). After boiling I’ll pour it on a Tetley teabag and leave to brew for three minutes, stirring and squeezing the bag with the right teaspoon before throwing it out. Then I’ll add a large dollop of organic milk, and drink it hot. Several cups follow if it's a weekend morning. I also love having a crispy buttery crumpet with my tea in the afternoon.
