All orders under 1kg are despatched via Royal Mail 2nd class. For all other orders signed delivery applies and they will be delivered within 3 working days after being despatched from us.
We would like to ensure your order arrives on time with no delays, so any orders over 1kg will need a signature. All orders placed before 10pm will be despatched the following day.
Orders will be despatched during the normal working hours Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Please note that Royal Mail deliveries are Monday to Saturday and Monday to Friday for carrier (all goods over 1kg).
Naturally, we want to ensure all orders are received on time, however, sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control your delivery may be delayed. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, simply contact us.
Any orders lost, stolen or damaged will be replaced.
