1 Promoter’s name and address

2 How to participate
The free promotion is open to subscribers of Tetley UK’s newsletter who are UK residents (England, Scotland and Wales) only aged 18 and over.
In order to enter this promotion, go to the link provided in any of the newsletters received in October 2019 and enter the information requested and select the ‘submit’ button (costs to enter this promotion via the internet may vary, please check with your service provider for current charges).
All required data fields within the entry form must be completed to be entered.
Entries which are incomplete, misspelt, inaudible, or incomprehensible are void and will not be entered into this promotion.
You may only submit a maximum of three entries to this promotion. Entries over this maximum will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.
3 Start date
This promotion will start at 17:00 on 11/10/19
4 Closing date
The closing date for this promotion will be 17:00 on 31/10/19
5 Selection of the winner[s]
One winner will be selected. The winner of the prize draw will be selected at random from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. You acknowledge that your name may be used in publicity if you are selected as a winner.
6 Prize/s
The winner will receive a prize. The prize is a year’s supply of Tetley Original Tea (2 x Tetley Original 420s packs).
There is no alternative prize. The prize/s are non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
7 Restrictions and requirements
The following people are ineligible to enter this promotion:
(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding, subsidiary or otherwise associated companies;
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding, subsidiary or otherwise associated companies, who are professionally connected with the free prize draw or its administration;
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above; or
(d) employees or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw.
In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw. The Promoter will not accept entries that are:
(i) automatically generated by computer;
(ii) completed by third parties or in bulk;
(iii) incomplete.
Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
8 Notification of the results and receipt of the prize/s
The Promoter will notify the winner/s by e-mail on or before 08/11/19. The selected prize winners have 48 hours to respond with their contact name, delivery address and contact telephone number otherwise their prize will be reallocated. Prizes will be sent via post. Winners should allow up to 7 days for delivery of their prize. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
9 Data Protection and GDPR compliance
Your details will only be used for the purpose of processing your entry. The Promoter will not use your details for marketing purposes or pass them onto another company or person. The Promoter is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Notice which is available on our website: https://www.tetley.co.uk/privacy-notice. By entering the prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the prize draw.
10 General
10.1 The Promoter does not assume any responsibility or liability for:
a) communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of the promotion;
b) inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof;
c) to the fullest extent allowed by law, any loss or injury resulting from promotional participation or the acceptance of a prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, contractors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
10.2 The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in the promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.
10.3 The name and county of the winner/s can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Tata Global Beverages GB Limited at the address above.
10.4 Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud.
10.5 The Promoter’s decision regarding all promotional matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.6 If there is any reason for the Promoter to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in this free prize draw. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the free prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so acting fairly and reasonably.
10.7 By entering the promotion, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
10.8 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
