Tetley prides itself on working directly with producers. We have relationships with farmers from around the world stretching back for decades. Understanding where our tea comes from and how it’s produced is critical to ensuring we have a sustainable supply chain.
100% of our tea sold in the UK is sourced from certified producers that must meet stringent environmental and ethical requirements. We see certification as a minimum requirement and recognise there are still complex and challenging sustainability issues in many of the countries we source tea from. We work closely with the Ethical Tea Partnership and other organisations to play our part in making a difference.
The link below lists all producers we have sourced tea from. We may have not bought from all of these producers in the past year, however we would consider them as part of our supply chain so long as they meet our sustainability and quality requirements.
